Four Honorary Chairs appointed

The Board of the Swedish Society for Marine Sciences has on 18 February 2021 decided to appoint

Prof. Edna Graneli (LiU and LU)
Prof. Lena Kautsky (SU)
Prof. David Turner (GU)
Prof. Johan Wikner (UU)

as honorary chairpersons of the Society. It is with warmth and pride that the Society through the honorable mention expresses its great gratitude to these persons. Through their professional work and personality, they have been of great importance not only for the members of the Swedish Society for Marine Research but also for the development of the Swedish marine and maritime activities in general.
